Welcome To The Chico Family!

Online Giving

Since we are unable to gather together here at Chico, you can now donate online by card or your PayPal account by clicking on the button below.  It does have a 2.9% fee, so if you are able to mail a check, we are still checking mail.  Thank you for your support!

This Sunday we will be having our service over Zoom!  As it’s the first online gathering, give yourself extra time to get set up.  Enjoy the time together in worship and the Word–even if the service is a bit unpolished as we work our way through a new way of doing things.
  • 10:00am—Sunday School.  The meeting will be up a little before 10am, so join early to be ready in time for the start of Sunday School.
  • 10:45am—Short break.  You can hang out with the others on Zoom while we have a short break before the service starts.  If you missed Sunday school this is a good time to get set up for the Sunday service.
  • 11:00am—Sunday Service.  Ted Van Dyken will continue his series in the Gospel of Luke.
How to Join the Meeting:  For those on OneCall I sent out an email with the links and information on how to join the meeting.  (Check your spam folder or “Other” folder, it may have gone there.)  You can also give me your email at office@chicocma.com and I will forward the information to you.

Online Sunday School and Morning Service:

We had our first Sunday School by Zoom last Sunday! It worked out well, so we will continue class this way as well as add in a Sunday sermon by Ted. Watch for an email for the details. If you need to give the office your email, please email that so you will receive the invites for the Zoom meetings.

See you Sunday (online)!

Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. Hebrews 10:23-25

We are not having any services or meetings until further notice.  Check the website for updates.  Those of you on the OneCall service will continue to be kept up-to-date through those announcements.
We will not be having Sunday Services through at least March 31, 2020 due to the mandates on gathering size and for the health of our Church Body and community.
While we are currently not live-streaming a service, there are many other churches who are.  To see some of the options available click here, or listen to some of our past sermons available in our media.
Stay safe and follow the CDC guidelines to decrease your chances of getting sick. Hope to see everyone back healthy and soon!
